A company of the poultry industry against the ruling issued by the Federal Antitrust Commission to impose a major fine on the company for the alleged practice of collusion with its competitors to fix the price of poultry paid by ordinary consumers.

A mobile operator against the rulings of the telecommunications regulator to determine interconnection rates with other providers of telecommunication services.

A concessionaire of rail services against several acts of the Ministry of Communications and Transport, its main competitors and debtors.
