Paddy is counsel in the Dispute Resolution Group of the London office. He has handled proceedings involving a wide range of issues, typically with a multi-jurisdictional element, in the English Courts, in particular the Commercial Court. He also has experience of the Courts of the British Virgin Islands, various international arbitration proceedings and other forms of dispute resolution, including mediation.
Paddy also advises on various contentious issues relating to a broad variety of commercial contracts and spent 6 months on secondment to the dispute resolution team at Deutsche Bank.
