Parm's practice focuses primarily on the representation of major investment banks, private credit providers, commercial banks, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers in a wide range of financing transactions, including secured and unsecured syndicated financings, leveraged acquisition financings, debtor-in-possession and exit financings, general corporate lending and preferred equity financings.
