Biography

Overview

Patrick is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of White & Case, with a focus on commercial, antitrust, and trade secrets litigation for large retailer and technology clients. Committed to pro bono work, Patrick has assisted non-profit think tanks with submitting merits-stage amicus curiae briefs before the United States Supreme Court on issues of federal jurisdiction and international law and has also worked on behalf of Central American nationals seeking asylum in the US.

Patrick is actively involved in the legal community and currently serves as Co-Chair of Younger Lawyer's Division of the Federal Bar Association, Los Angeles Chapter.

Prior to joining White & Case, Patrick clerked for the Honorable Fernando L. Aenlle-Rocha in the United States District Court for the Central District of California. While in law school at the University of Pennsylvania, Patrick served as chairman of the Keedy Cup moot court competition, and externed for the United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Air Force General Counsel.
