Patrick is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of White & Case, with a focus on commercial and antitrust litigation involving large retailer, technology, and commodities clients. Experienced in both affirmative and defensive representations, Patrick has succeeded on dispositive and discovery motions and has secured wins in both state and federal court.
Committed to pro bono work, Patrick has assisted non-profit pro bono clients with submitting merits-stage amicus curiae briefs before the United States Supreme Court on issues of federal jurisdiction and international law. Patrick has also worked on behalf of Central American nationals seeking asylum in the US and volunteered as a teaching fellow to give lessons on the Constitution and Bill of Rights to public school students.
Prior to joining White & Case, Patrick clerked for the Honorable Fernando L. Aenlle-Rocha in the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
