Biography

Patrik Erblad is based jointly in Stockholm and London. He advises leading financial sponsors, including EQT, Triton, Bridgepoint, Bain Capital and KKR, as well as blue-chip investment holding companies such as Investor AB and A.P. Moller Holding. His practice covers leveraged buyouts, including public takeovers, and portfolio management matters, including restructurings and rescue investments.
