Biography

Overview

Paulina Walczak focuses her practice on the real estate sector. Paulina has provided real estate law, building law and environmental law advice in connection with cross-border transactions, including due diligence exercises and preparation of the transaction documentation.

She advises prime developers, real estate funds and banks on various aspects of their activity including acquisition/disposal transactions (asset deals, share deals, sale and leaseback transactions) and due diligence reviews including complex cross-border real estate portfolio acquisitions/disposals (office, logistics and retail properties). Paulina also assists clients with issues pertaining to negotiations and preparing lease agreements and has participated in various transactions concerning the financing and refinancing of real estate.

Consortium of banks: representation of banks in connection with the financing a wind farm project in Poland;

Consortium of banks: representation of banks in connection with the refinancing of office and warehouse buildings located, among others, in Katowice, Kraków, and Bydgoszcz;

Real estate investor: representation of real estate investors in connection with the commercialization of a portfolio of offices located in Poland;

Real estate investors: representation of real estate investors, global market leaders in logistics real estate, in connection with various aspects of their construction projects in Poland;

Real estate investor: representation of a real estate investor, a leading global investor, developer and manager of real estate, in connection with the purchase and development of several real properties in southern and central Poland;
