Pavel is an associate in the Moscow Dispute Resolution practice where he focuses on commercial litigation and international arbitration. He has experience in complex domestic and cross-border matters including high-profile corporate and bankruptcy disputes as well as advising clients on enforcement of court judgments. Pavel also had experience working as a Judicial Intern in the Supreme Court of the State of New York where he assisted Judges in a number of civil matters before the Court.

Credit Europe Bank JSC in insolvency proceedings and a range of related disputes with a Russian company that owns large premises in the centre of Moscow, and its beneficiaries in Russia and the Isle of Man.
A client in a dispute with two insurance companies – Allianz and Sogaz – concerning a subrogated claim for damages filed with the Commercial Court of the Kaliningrad Region. The dispute concerns alleged failure of the industrial equipment and damages arising out of the disruption of production.
