Petr Kalenský, an associate of the Prague office, is a member of the M&A/Corporate practice group. Since joining White & Case, Petr has been focusing primarily on M&A, corporate and intellectual property matters.

In the M&A and intellectual property sectors, Petr has frequently assisted senior members of the team in providing advisory services to a number of major clients of the Prague office, including leading financial institutions, technology companies and real estate developers.

Representing Erste Group Bank AG, Česká spořitelna, a.s., UniCredit S.p.A., UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia, a.s., Société Générale S.A. and Komerční banka, a.s., as mandated lead arrangers, in connection with syndicated financing provided to CTP Group, one of the largest industrial developers in the CEE region, for the purposes of refinancing the existing financial indebtedness of certain property companies within CTP Group that operate logistics parks in the Czech Republic. At the amount of EUR 1.9 billion, this is one of the largest real estate financings in the CEE region.

Providing legal advice in relation to the international protection of a trademark portfolio belonging to SatoshiLabs, a company focused on various cryptocurrency-related projects.

Providing day-to-day corporate advice to Avast, the leading global cybersecurity provider, in relation to the group restructuring and general day-to-day corporate advice.
