Petr Souček is an associate of the Prague office and a member of the Disputes and Regulatory Practice Group. Prior to joining White & Case in 2012, he worked as a judicial assistant. Mr. Souček focuses on dispute resolution, insolvency proceedings, execution and arbitration, as well as corporate, administrative and criminal law issues.
In his practice, Mr. Souček has advised major international and Czech companies and clients active in the banking sector.

Drafting general business terms and conditions and providing advisory services related to a new product launch.
Representing both creditors and debtors in insolvency proceedings, adversary proceedings or in creditors' bodies, including representing secured creditors in complex group insolvency proceedings.
Advising a client on consumer protection law issues, including representation of financial institutions in proceedings before the Financial Arbitrator.
Representing clients in connection with the enforcement of damages caused by a company's member or statutory body.
Advising clients on government housing loans, consumer loans, and insurance issues.
Representing damaged parties in criminal proceedings to enforce property and non-property damages.
Enforcing claims arising from the violation of competition law.
Representing clients in commercial disputes, including issues under negotiable instruments law.
