Biography
Overview
Phoebos Lazaratos is an associate in White & Case's Global Capital Markets Practice.
Phoebos advises clients, including banks, private equity houses and major corporations, on debt and equity offerings, such as high yield bonds and initial public offerings (IPOs), as well as on other public and private debt and equity transactions. In addition, he advises on public M&A and other corporate and restructuring transactions.
Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Phoebos gained experience at other major US and German law firms.
Experience
Advised Adler Group S.A. and its subsidiaries on the agreement with a steering committee of bondholders supporting a comprehensive recapitalization of the Group.
Advised Adler Group SA and its subsidiaries on its successful restructuring, which included amendments to the terms and conditions of certain of its bonds with an aggregate nominal amount of €3.2 billion and the provision of up to €937.5 million of new money funding.
Advised Adler Real Estate AG on a tender offer and consent solicitation for Adler RE's €300 million outstanding senior secured notes due 2024.
