Rachel is an associate in our Global M&A and Corporate practice based in London.

Her experience includes advising both domestic and international clients on a broad range of public and private transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and general corporate advisory matters. Rachel is also part of the Corporate Actions and Governance team, which engages with UK public companies outside of their transaction cycles to provide advice on corporate governance affairs.

Having joined White & Case as a trainee, Rachel has gained experience in the Firm’s Real Estate Finance and Debt Finance teams in London, and completed a six-month secondment to our New York office.
