Rebecca's practice includes representing both banks and issuers on a range of cross-border debt capital markets transactions, including sovereign deals, liability management and Reg S/144A transactions.

Represented Saudi Arabian Oil Company as issuer on the establishment of its Global Medium Term Note Programme.

Represented the State of Qatar as issuer on its triple-tranche offering of sovereign bonds worth US$12 billion. The offering comprised of US$2 billion bonds due 2024, US$4 billion bonds due 2029 and US$6 billion bonds due 2049. Barclays, Credit Agricole CIB, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, QNB Capital, and Standard Chartered Bank managed the issue. The bonds were granted dual-listing between the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and Taipei Exchange.

Represented Ukraine in connection with the private placement of US$725 million zero coupon notes due 2019 with Goldman Sachs International acting as placement agent.

Represented Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank PJSC, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank PJSC, J.P. Morgan Securities plc and Mashreqbank PSC as Joint Lead Managers on the offering of US$500 million Trust Certificates due 2025 by Tabreed Sukuk SPC Limited with the National Central Cooling Company PJSC ("Tabreed") acting as the Seller and Service Agent. We also acted for the lenders on a simultaneous loan funding for Tabreed and the deal marked a long-awaited return to the capital markets by Tabreed after its prior restructuring.

International plc, RBC Europe Limited, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Inc. and U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc. as the joint book-running managers and on the offering by Digital Stout Holding, LLC of £400 Million 3.750% Guaranteed Notes due 2030, fully and unconditionally guaranteed by Digital Realty Trust, Inc. and Digital Realty Trust, L.P.

Represented Deutsche Bank, Renaissance Capital, Standard Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and Mashreqbank as Joint Lead Managers in connection with the debut offering by Ecobank Transnational Incorporated of US$450 million 9.50 %. Notes due 2024. The Notes are listed on the London Stock Exchange.

Represented Citigroup Global Markest Limited, Renaissance Securities (Nigeria) Limited and The Standard Bank of South Africa Limited on the offering of US$400 million 10.500% Notes due 2022 by Fidelity Bank plc. The proceeds of the issuance were used to partly repay the Issuer's existing US$300 million 6.875% Notes due 9 May 2018 by way of a tender offer.
