Rebecca McGee-Collett is a Senior Associate in the Corporate and M&A practice based in Sydney.

Rebecca is an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer with extensive experience in M&A (both sell-side and buy-side), foreign investment regulation and general commercial matters across the Asia-Pacific region.

Rebecca advises clients across a range of sectors and has completed secondments with the Commonwealth Treasury’s Foreign Investment Division (the division of Treasury that supports the Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB)) and ASX-listed PEXA Group Ltd.
