• Advised a higher ministerial committee in relation to the establishment of a regulatory framework governing digital content and digital platforms in the KSA.
• Advised the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) in relation to the regulatory framework governing fintech in the KSA.
• Advised the Cultural Development Fund in relation to its bylaws and establishment.
• Advised a higher committee on the proposed regulatory instruments governing the national encyclopaedia.
• Advised the Ministry of Transport and Logistics Services in relation to the sector governance model and the national strategy for transport and logistics services.
• Advised the Digital Government Authority in relation to various regulatory and legal initiatives and projects.
• Advised NEOM in relation to a wide range of commercial arrangements and agreements.
• Advised Saudi Aramco on regulatory and public policy matters concerning cross-border transactions, commercial arrangements and agreements.
• Advised on the establishment of the Saudi Mortgage Guarantees Services Company (Damanat) a closed joint stock company owned by REDF with a capital of SAR 18 billion.
• Advised the Public Investment Fund (PIF) on regulatory and public policy matters concerning major cross-border transactions.
• Advised King Salman Park Foundation in relation to its BOOT contracts and other commercial contracts and arrangement.
• Advised the Council of Health Insurance (CHI) in relation to its BOOT contracts and other commercial contracts and arrangements.
