Renza Demoulin is an associate in the Firm's Commercial Litigation Group. Her practice focuses on complex commercial disputes, including U.S.-based litigation involving foreign organizations. She has experience representing domestic and foreign clients from a variety of industries in actions involving breach of contract, securities fraud, misappropriation of trade secrets, unfair competition, and fraudulent transfer claims. Renza also has experience representing individuals facing white collar criminal investigations.
Renza maintains an active pro bono practice, contributing to successful impact litigation in the fields of education funding and the improvement of imprisonment conditions.
