Biography
Rick Cuperus is an associate in our Capital Markets practice in Stockholm and joined White & Case in 2026. He has extensive experience working with cross-border public and private M&A, private equity as well as equity capital market transactions. Clients include leading domestic and international investment banks, financial sponsors and corporates.
Prior to joining White & Case, Rick worked in the corporate practice of a leading international law firm which he joined as an associate in 2023.

Representation of DNB Carnegie, Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley as Joint Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners, as well as the representation of eight additional banks in their capacities as Joint Bookrunners and Co-Lead Managers, on Verisure's EUR 13.7 billion IPO on Nasdaq Stockholm. Verisure's IPO is the largest ever European private-equity backed IPO and the largest IPO in Sweden in over 25 years.*
