Riley is an associate in the Firm's Financial Restructuring and Insolvency Practice. His practice focuses on bankruptcy and financial restructuring matters, including the representation of debtors, creditors, and other interested parties in chapter 11 bankruptcies, out-of-court workouts, cross-border proceedings, and related transactions.
Prior to joining White & Case, Riley served two years as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Eduardo V. Rodriguez of the US Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.
