Overview

Robert Wake-Walker is an associate in our global M&A and Corporate practice based in London. He is a member of the EMEA Private Equity team.

Robert focuses on private equity acquisitions and equity investments. He has experience on a broad range of transactions including acquisitions and disposals, banking and general corporate advisory.

Robert has also spent time working in the Banking and White Collar practices, as well as in the Firm's Hong Kong office where he worked on private equity and M&A transactions.
