Biography
Ronald is a newly qualified associate in the Firm's Project Development and Finance Group. During his training contract, Ronald has supported on a wide range of various corporate and financing matters in the energy sector including, mining and metals, oil & gas and renewables across the UK, Europe and Asia. He also has experience working in Singapore and Tokyo.

Representation of Ivanhoe Mines in its exploration joint venture with Pallas Resources in Kazakhstan.
Representation of SAFCO Ventures on a landmark US$141.9 million combined debt and equity raise for the design, construction and operation of a sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) facility in Sheikhupura, Pakistan, the first-of-its-kind.
Representation (ongoing) of Vulcan Energy on the project financing elements of the Vulcan Zero Carbon Lithium Project in Germany, which includes an integrated geothermal lithium brine extraction plant.
Representation (ongoing) of the financiers (including 7 ECAS), in relation to the project restart elements of the landmark $20 billion project financing of Mozambique LNG, Mozambique's first onshore LNG development and the largest foreign direct investment in Africa.
