Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the lenders of Sonnedix on a €730 million financing for the refinancing, optimisation and construction of its assets across Italy, Spain, Portugal and France.
The transaction includes the integration of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) across the assets, advancing Sonnedix's hybridisation strategy.
Sonnedix is a global renewable energy company with 12GW of total capacity.
