Rostyslav Telyatnykov's main areas of practice are real estate, private equity and real estate finance.
Mr. Telyatnykov concentrates on advising local and international investors relating to complex real estate transactions, in particular large-scale residential and commercial properties portfolios, sale-and-leaseback transactions, and also on commercial leases and real estate financings.
Mr. Telyatnykov advised on several portfolio acquisitions and portfolio sales and has gained wide experience in real estate due diligence and contract negotiations.
Prior to joining White & Case in 2007, he worked for another leading international law firm.
Advising Cifin-Holding on the acquisition of Elumatec, a manufacturer of machines.

Advising Tishman Speyer on the acquisition of The Q, a shopping arcade in Berlin, Germany. The seller is a joint venture between Banco Santander and the real estate group Pontegadea. Also advising Tishman Speyer’s joint venture company, Kaiserkarree, in relation to all real estate and corporate issues raised by its major development project, TaunusTurm in Frankfurt. Additionally, advising Tishman Speyer properties on the acquisition and sale of various office buildings in Germany, as well as on the formation and implementation of various joint venture structures with co-investors.
