Biography

Overview

Rosy is an associate in the dispute resolution group of the firm's London office and specialises in international arbitration. She joined the firm as a trainee in 2015 and recently spent six months with the international arbitration group in Paris.

Rosy has experience across a range of industries including the infrastructure, transport, defence, renewable energy and oil & gas sectors.

Rosy is committed to pro bono work and has won several appeals in the Social Entitlement Chamber of the First Tier Tribunal through the Legal Advice Centre (University House) in Bethnal Green. She also recently received a White & Case pro bono award for her work with Inclusion Ghana.

Representing the lead partner of an international consortium of contractors in an ICC arbitration arising from the termination of a FIDIC Silver Book contract relating to the design, construction and commissioning of a commuter railway.

Representing the same partner in related ICC arbitration proceedings arising out of the consortium agreement.

Representation of a European general contractor in an ICC arbitration arising from a dispute with a subcontractor relating to the construction of a petrochemical plant in Australia.

Advising a minority shareholder on numerous disputes and potential arbitrations arising from the performance of an EPC contract for the processing plant in an Australian LNG project.

Advising a European manufacturer of wind turbines over a subcontractor dispute in West Africa.

Advising an investor in a Middle Eastern fund regarding unpaid and underpaid dividends.
