Biography

Overview

Ms. Sina is an associate in the Firm's International Arbitration Group D.C., where she specializes in international arbitration and litigation. She represents and advises foreign sovereigns and corporations in the resolution of complex high-stakes international disputes. She has represented clients in arbitrations before tribunals constituted under the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), as well as enforcement actions in US and foreign courts. Ms. Sina also is actively involved in pro bono matters at the Firm, focusing on immigration law.

During law school, Ms. Sina was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and a member of the Columbia Journal of European Law.
