Ryan Duff is an associate in the Global Antitrust Practice at White & Case. His practice focuses on antitrust litigation, representing clients in civil cases across various service industries. Ryan has also assumed an active role in several complex commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters. His legal experience includes drafting motions and legal briefs, preparing for depositions, drafting and producing fact discovery, and conducting legal research.
Ryan maintains an active practice managing various pro bono matters, including assisting clients in criminal appeals and criminal record sealings. He has also successfully represented a client granted relief under the Domestic Violence Survivors Justice Act.
Prior to joining White & Case, Ryan graduated from Howard University School of Law. During his time at Howard, he completed an externship with the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) and a fellowship at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Institute for Legal Reform.
