Biography
Overview
Samirah Haujee is an associate in our global M&A and Corporate practice based in London.
She has experience across a broad range of cross-border corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, public takeovers and general corporate advisory work.
Samirah advises across all industry sectors, but has particular expertise in advising in the gaming industry.
Prior to joining White & Case, Samirah spent four years with a major US law firm during which time she spent six months in Dubai and three months on secondment to a large oil and gas company.
