Experience

His recent experience includes advising:

CMB International and another private credit lender in a US$40 million term loan facility (with a greenshoe option of up to US$30 million) to Pujiang International Group Limited. The loan was secured, among others, by Pujiang's shares and was used for its general working capital and investment purposes.

PAG as lender in a US$50 million term loan facility to Redco Properties Group Limited (a company incorporated in the Cayman Islands and listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong) as Borrower.

PAG as lender in a US$50 million to a Chinese property service provider.
