Sarah Goodwin is an Associate in the Firm's London Bank Finance Practice and advises on various aspects of banking law. Her experience includes advising lenders and borrowers on a range of domestic and cross-border transactions in both mature and emerging markets, including: acquisition finance (leveraged buyout and event-driven corporate financing); structured finance; margin loans; and general bank lending/refinancing.

Prior to joining White & Case in October 2015, Sarah worked in the banking team of a magic circle law firm in London. During this time, Sarah spent six months on secondment to the EMEA Debt Capital Markets Loans Execution team in the investment bank division of Barclays Bank PLC. In addition, whilst at her previous firm, Sarah worked for six months in the Frankfurt private equity team and a further six months in Hong Kong, where she focussed on derivatives and financial regulation.
