Biography
Sarah Pupin is an associate in White & Case's Project Development and Finance group in Paris.
Sarah advises lenders and sponsors on the contractual structuring and financing of projects relating to infrastructure, the energy sector and the mining industry.
Prior to joining White & Case, Sarah acquired experience at Linklaters LLP in structured finance and securitisation.
Experience
Recent experiences before joining White & Case include advising:
- the European Investment Bank and the commercial lenders through the financial close of the construction of Verkor's first Gigafactory for electric vehicle batteries;
- the arrangers and commercial banks on the renewal of a European whole business car fleet securitisation and the addition of a new jurisdiction into the transaction;
- CACIB on its residential mortgage-backed security public securitisation;
- a group specialised in renewable energy on an additional financing for its European solar plants' portfolio;
- an Asian telecommunication group on the financing of two satellites;
- the Valorem group on the refinancing of a portfolio of solar plants and wind farms in France.
