Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised BBVA, Caisse d’Epargne et de Prévoyance Bretagne Pays de Loire, Caisse d’Epargne et de Prévoyance Normandie, Caisse d’Epargne et de Prévoyance Île-de-France and CACIB on the refinancing of CityFast’s indebtedness, amounting to approximately €328 million.
CityFast is a fiber-network operator jointly owned by Vauban Infra Fibre and Quimper Co-Invest, an investment fund managed by Vauban Infrastructure Partners.
