Sarah Sabiti
Biography
Overview
Sarah is an associate in the BeLux Transactional practice and the Global Commercial Litigation practice.
Her practice focuses on advising and representing domestic and international clients in all types of commercial disputes, with a particular focus on complex contentious matters before the Luxembourg courts.
Sarah also regularly advises on asset tracing and recovery, enforcement and white-collar matters.
Sarah graduated from Université Libre de Bruxelles and was part of an international exchange program in Beijing at China University of Political Science and Law. After completing her Master in Law, she obtained an LL.M from Maastricht University.
In 2021, she obtained her postgraduate certificate in Luxembourg law from the Ministry of Justice and was ranked in the top 5% of the class of 2020/2021.
Prior to joining White & Case, she practiced in the Dispute Resolution department of a leading Luxembourg firm.
