Sean is a litigation associate in White & Case's New York office. His practice focuses on complex antitrust class actions and commercial disputes. Sean maintains an active pro bono practice focused on ensuring civil rights, including representing wrongfully convicted individuals and a class of low-income debtors challenging wealth-based detention in the City of Ferguson, Missouri.
Sean has been with the Firm since his graduation from New York University School of Law. At NYU, Sean served as the Executive Editor for the Moot Court Casebook, a journal that prepares and publishes moot court competition problems that are used at academic institutions and law firms across the United States. Also while at NYU, Sean participated in the Federal Defender Clinic, which offered broad experience in federal criminal litigation. Sean completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Missouri, where he graduated summa cum laude.
