Overview

Sebastian specializes in advising national and international clients in the areas of intellectual property (IP), information technology (IT) and data protection.

His practice includes advising global digital platforms, in particular on German and European data privacy and platform liability, as well as designing and revising contracts with regard to technology transfers, data protection and outsourcing.

Prior to joining White & Case as a lawyer, Sebastian worked as a research assistant at a chair for Internet law and conducted parts of his legal traineeship at the German Federal Parliament and the Firm's Berlin and New York offices.
