Sebastian Modos

Sebastian Modos is an Associate in the Firm's global Capital Markets practice based in London and a member of the Derivatives and Structured Finance team.

Sebastian has experience advising financial institutions, corporate bodies and governmental entities on a range of cross-border capital markets transactions, including Rule 144A/Reg S offerings, OTC derivatives, structured finance, structured products, and finance linked hedging. Sebastian has also worked on a number of carbon credit transactions.

Sebastian joined White & Case as a trainee solicitor in 2021 and has spent time in the Firm's Capital Markets, Dispute Resolution and Project Development and Finance practices in London. Sebastian also completed a six-month secondment to the Firm's Tokyo office, gaining experience in Debt Finance and Corporate M&A.
