Sebyul Chun is a local partner in the Seoul office of White & Case and a member of the Firm's Global Technology Industry Group (TIG). She represents leading technology clients in high-stakes international civil litigation and regulatory investigations, and has substantial experience in matters concerning content moderation, intermediary liability, consumer protection, privacy and data protection, advertising, and intellectual property. Sebyul also provides product counseling and compliance advice to technology clients, including with respect to regulations concerning these same issues. Sebyul helps lead a team that handles Asia Pacific civil litigation for Meta and other leading technology companies.

Sebyul was formerly an associate in the Los Angeles office of White & Case, where she worked in the Commercial Litigation Group with a focus on bankruptcy litigation.

Prior to joining the Seoul office of White & Case, Sebyul worked in the Hong Kong office of another global law firm where she represented clients in international capital markets transactions and general corporate matters.
