White & Case recognized among the “Best Foreign Law Firms” in Korea by Asia Business Law Journal

Global law firm White & Case LLP has been named one of the "Best Foreign Law Firms" in Korea by the Asia Business Law Journal at its 2025 Korea Law Firm Awards. This marks the third year that the Firm has been recognized among the top law firms in Korea.

The Firm was recognized for advising Samsung Electronics on its €1.5 billion (US$1.68 billion) acquisition of Germany-based FlaktGroup, as well as for representing South Korean private equity funds in multiple arbitrations before the Singapore International Arbitration Centre involving acquisition-related disputes and in related enforcement proceedings.
