Seiji Matsuzoe has been a licensed Bengoshi since 1998 and a member of the Tokyo Financial Services Group in White & Case's Tokyo office. He practices in the areas of structured finance, including CDOs, credit-linked loans, warrant-backed loans, and a wide range of securitization transactions, derivatives, debt capital markets, acquisition finance and general banking transactions. He has a wealth of experience in the global market and has worked for a wide range of international investment banks and Japanese financial institutions. Prior to joining White & Case, he advised the Japan ISDA Credit Derivatives Determinations Committee on the Japanese law aspects for all credit derivative auction settlements in Japanese market. He also closely works with the Japanese Financial Services Agency in relation to the recent regulatory reform in the OTC derivatives market.
Seiji is a member of the Daiichi Tokyo Bar Association and the New York Bar Association.
