Biography
Selim Laroussi is an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions practice at White & Case.
Fluent in French, English and Turkish, Selim is at ease navigating both domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, involving listed and non-listed companies, as well as private equity transactions. He also advises clients on securities law issues in connection with takeover bids and corporate governance.

Representation of Aluminium Bahrain B.S.C. ("Alba"), the world's largest aluminium smelter on one site, on its entry into an exclusive agreement under which Alba will acquire 100% of Aluminium Dunkerque, Europe’s largest primary aluminium smelter, from American Industrial Partners.
Pasqal (2026)
Representation of Bpifrance, the French sovereign fund, and other shareholders of Pasqal, a global leader in neutral atom quantum computing, on the proposed business combination with Bleichroeder Acquisition Corp.
