White & Case advises Bpifrance on Pasqal dual listing on Nasdaq New York and Euronext Paris

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Bpifrance, the French sovereign fund, and other shareholders of Pasqal, a global leader in neutral atom quantum computing, on the proposed business combination with Bleichroeder Acquisition Corp. II, a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), with a view to a dual listing on Nasdaq in New York and Euronext in Paris.

The transaction also includes a private fundraising of €170 million from leading international investors, as well as a commitment for approximately US$200 million in convertible bond financing through a private placement, linked to the combination with the SPAC.

The transaction, which values Pasqal at US$2 billion, represents a step in its development and confirms its position as a leader in the global quantum industry.
