Serena Tonello is an associate in the Milan office. Her main areas of practice are Structured Finance and Debt Capital Markets.

Serena regularly assists investment banks and companies on a range of cross-border capital markets and securitisation transactions (including auto-loans, trade and healthcare receivables and consumer loans). Serena also advises issuers and banks on the establishment and update of debt issuance and structured note programmes.

Prior to joining White & Case, Serena practiced in other two major international law firms in Milan.
