Biography
Shao-Ling is a Partner in the Firm's Debt Finance Group in London. Shao-Ling has extensive and in-depth experience advising banks and other financial institutions and sponsors on the full spectrum of fund financings, including subscription line facilities, NAV and hybrid facilities, GP support lines, continuation vehicle financings and back-leverage facilities. Shao-Ling also advises on corporate and event-driven financings and margin lending transactions.
