Global law firm White & Case LLP has expanded its Global Debt Finance Practice, Global Financial Institutions Industry Group and Global Private Capital Industry Group with the addition of Shao-Ling Angoh as a partner in London.

Shao-Ling is an experienced fund finance, corporate lending and margin lending lawyer who advises financial institutions, corporates and sponsors across all fund sectors, including private equity, real estate, secondaries, infrastructure and hedge, on the full range of fund lending products, including capital call facilities, hybrid/NAV facilities, general partner support, co-invest facilities, portfolio acquisition facilities and fund structuring. She joins White & Case from Linklaters, where she was a managing associate, and brings more than 20 years of experience.
