Overview

Shen Wang is an associate in the Energy, Infrastructure, Project and Asset Finance Group in the Firm’s Houston office. His practice includes a broad range of business transactions in the areas of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, project development and construction, and banking/finance. His experience also includes China related inbound and outbound transactions. Prior to joining the Firm, Shen was an associate at a Houston-based law firm and also worked as a geophysicist for major international oil and gas companies.
