Shingo Maeda is an associate in the Asia Debt Finance and Restructuring practice based in the Firm's Tokyo office. Shingo is a licensed Japanese lawyer (Bengoshi) and advises on finance transactions including acquisition finance and LBOs.  He also has general corporate and capital markets experience. He is a member of the Daini Tokyo Bar Association.
