Biography
Shruthi Madhusudan is an Associate in our Global M&A and Corporate practice based in London.
She has experience advising both domestic and international clients on a broad range of public and private transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, public takeovers, equity capital markets and general corporate advisory.
Shruthi joined White & Case in 2023 and has spent time in our Capital Markets, Corporate M&A and Competition practices in London. She also completed a six-month secondment to our Dubai office to gain experience in Private Equity.

Representation of Tier Mobility on its merger with Dott, a transaction which created Europe's leading micro-mobility operator.
