Shuhang is an associate in the Firm's Global White Collar Practice Group and is based in the New York office. He focuses his practice on white collar criminal defense, regulatory enforcement proceedings, and complex civil litigation. Shuhang represents global corporations, audit committees, and individuals in internal investigations and enforcement actions before the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and other federal and state government agencies.
