Shumpei Kogasaka is an associate in our Corporate/M&A practice, based in Tokyo. He has extensive experience in corporate, M&A, private equity and finance transactions.
Prior to joining White & Case, he worked at a Japanese law firm where he advised on a wide range of M&A and LBO finance transactions.
He is a member of Tokyo Bar Association.
