Overview
Siavash Saberian is an associate in our Debt Finance practice in Stockholm and joined White & Case in 2022.
Prior to joining White & Case, Siavash worked as a law clerk at Attunda District Court and prior to that he worked as a legal counsel, Debt Capital Markets, Large Corporates & Financial Institutions, at SEB.

Representation of Atlas Copco, a Swedish industrial tools and equipment company, on the annual update of its US$3 billion euro medium-term note (EMTN) program.
Representation of Neste Corporation, the Finland-based global producer of sustainable aviation fuel, renewable diesel and renewable feedstock solutions for various polymers and chemicals industry uses listed on Nasdaq Helsinki, as to English and Finnish law on the establishment of its €2.5 billion euro medium term note (EMTN) programme, and on the subsequent issuance of €500 million 3.875% green bonds due 2029 and €500 million 4.250% green bonds due 2033 under the EMTN, and the simultaneous cash tender offer for its existing €400 million notes due 2024. The proceeds will be used to finance eligible projects and assets under Neste's Green Finance Framework.
