Siiri Kilpeläinen is an Associate working in the EMEA Private Equity team and Global Mergers and Acquisitions practice. Siiri advises clients on their PE and M&A transactions and other financial and corporate matters.
Siiri joined White & Case in 2025 after her graduation from law school. She has previously worked as an Associate Trainee in the firm as well as in another law firm in Helsinki. Siiri has also in-house experience as she worked as a Legal Trainee in a Finnish technology scale-up.
