Overview

Simon Navarro is an attorney in the Firm's International Arbitration Practice Group. He specializes in international arbitration and cross-border disputes, with a particular focus on Latin America and Spain.

With over a decade of experience in Europe and the United States, Simon has participated in complex, high-value commercial and investment-treaty arbitrations, both ad hoc and under the rules of the main arbitral institutions. He has advised in a broad range of sectors, including oil and gas, energy, telecommunications, banking, insurance, M&A transactions, construction, airports and concession contracts.

Simon is dually trained in civil and common law, is admitted to practice in New York and Spain, and is bilingual in English and Spanish.
