Biography
Sofia Rautavuori is an associate in our global M&A and Corporate practice based in London.
She has experience advising both domestic and international clients on a broad range of public and private transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, growth equity financings and general corporate advisory.
Sofia joined White & Case in 2021 and has completed a six-month secondment to the firm's Stockholm office.
